Now in its 27th year, the Best of Portland, Maine Awards is an annual community tradition that invites the public to recognize businesses, artists, restaurants, and other local favorites across a wide range of categories. This year, Portland-area voters selected Port Property as the city’s Best Property Management Company.

Port Property has previously been named Best Property Management Company by the Best of Portland awards, most recently in 2022. The award reflects the company’s continued commitment to providing safe, clean and well-maintained properties; supporting local businesses and communities; building strong relationships; and continually improving its approach based on feedback from residents, tenants and the broader business community.
