Reveler Development signed two leases at 511 Congress St.
Bad Neighbors and Portland Kung Fu will occupy ground-floor spaces in the nine-story building, bringing with them loyal followers.
Bad Neighbors, founded by hospitality veterans Nicole Costas and Dave Aceto and sound engineer Dennis Gaines, is a listening bar and restaurant. It takes over a 4,500 s/f (suite 105).
Portland Kung Fu, founded by Dave Bearce in 2014, will relocate to a 2,875 s/f plaza level unit.
