David Bergeron

David brings over 23 years of finance experience to the Reveler team. As Chief Strategy Officer, he provides strategic, financial, and risk-management oversight for Reveler’s operations and its portfolio. David’s career began in public accounting and evolved into working for Fortune 250 financial services corporations where he held leadership roles in tax, strategy, capital management, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. His current areas of focus include oversight of underwriting, deal structuring, equity placement, financial strategy and long-term corporate structural planning. David graduated from Merrimack College.
