Reveler Development, a leading real estate investment, development, and management company, is excited to announce the arrival of two new tenants: Supper Club Cocktail Lounge in Portland and Empeople Credit Union in Biddeford. Each of these businesses adds a fresh and unique presence to their communities, aligning with Reveler’s dedication to transforming spaces and fostering mixed-use environments across Maine.
“We’re thrilled to welcome these businesses to their new spaces,” said Reveler CEO John Laliberte. “Portland and Biddeford are more than cities—they’re vibrant communities, and these new tenants strengthen the neighborhoods they now call home. We look forward to seeing how they contribute to the diversity and appeal of Maine’s urban landscapes.”
Portland: Supper Club Cocktail Lounge at 441 Congress Street
Set to open in early 2025, Supper Club Cocktail Lounge has signed a five-year lease for 441 Congress Street, a space previously occupied by Guitar Grave until 2019. Looking to bring a distinctive dining and nightlife experience, the 2,400-square-foot lounge will feature an intimate 10-seat bar, stylish banquette seating, and two communal tables. It also includes a semi-private area and an additional 6-seat bar, creating an ideal venue for private gatherings and overflow seating. Complementing this space will be outdoor seating to enhance the ambiance.
