As we move through the first weeks of the new year, we’re taking a moment to look back on what 2024 has meant for our team and the communities we’re fortunate to be part of. This has been a year of growth, milestones, and meaningful connections—a year that reminds us why we do what we do.

In Biddeford, our work continues to take shape in exciting and impactful ways. The Eddy is now preleasing and preparing to welcome its first residents this March, and it’s shaping up to be something special. Designed around the concept of indoor-outdoor living, The Eddy invites residents to embrace the scenic surroundings of Biddeford in their daily lives. With thoughtful details like private patios, open green spaces, and an expansive courtyard, The Eddy offers residents a vibrant, urban lifestyle while reinforcing its connection to the outdoors.

Not far from The Eddy, The Foundry is setting the stage to become a riverside destination near downtown Biddeford. Part of our larger vision for The Levee, The Foundry is set to welcome commercial tenants this year and will be a space where ideas, innovation, and community come together. Earlier this year, we had the privilege of hosting a regional discussion on economic development at The Foundry, bringing together local leaders, developers, and stakeholders to explore Biddeford’s bright future. As we lease up The Foundry, we look forward to it becoming a hub of opportunity and connection for the greater Biddeford area.

In Portland, The Armature continues to make strides – forging its own community and welcoming new residents. This year, it was honored with an award from the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), recognizing its thoughtful design and responsible development. We’re incredibly proud of what The Armature represents—not just as a physical space but as a testament to the idea that sustainability and progress can go hand in hand. Behind the scenes, our portfolio has benefited greatly from the growth and specialization of our onsite teams. Just one example of this is our new maintenance technician at The Armature, Fergal O’Connor. With expertise in restoration, including work on landmarks like Ireland’s Castle Killeen, Fergal brings a high level of care and quality, ensuring The Armature remains a standout community.

Nearby, Hanover Works has been buzzing with energy and creativity this year. We were proud to welcome Hearts of Pine, Maine’s first professional soccer club, to open their pop-up shop at 65 Hanover Street, alongside the inspiring Maine Clay Collaborative, which has brought artistry and craftsmanship to West Bayside. These additions, along with the entrepreneurial spirit of other local businesses, continue to expand the offerings of Hanover Works and provide residents, neighbors, and visitors with leading, local retail, dining, and experiences.

We also strengthened our leadership team, welcoming Erika Pettingill as Director of Human Resources and Jonathan Diggs as our new Vice President of Finance. Both bring expertise, leadership, and fresh perspectives to our growing organization, joining the Reveler/Port Property team that has made this year’s accomplishments possible.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to have our property management team and corporate team back under one roof in our new offices at 511 Congress Street in Portland. Bringing everyone together means ideas flow more easily, teamwork feels natural, and we’re better equipped to serve our communities.

As we continue to move through this new year, we remain focused on developing spaces that unlock potential while building for the future. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
