Nick McCrillis

As Director of Asset Management and General Counsel, Nick oversees asset-level performance across Reveler’s portfolio as well as investor relations and in-house legal operations. Born and raised in Maine, Nick brings a rare combination of financial, legal, and real estate experience. He joined Reveler after working as a patent attorney, advising clients across the United States and internationally on intellectual property and complex contract matters. Prior to his legal career, McCrillis spent more than a decade at TD Bank, where he held roles in commercial lending, credit analysis, healthcare financing, and real estate-related banking services.
