Reveler Development, a leading real estate investment, development, construction and management company, has announced the hiring of Nick McCrillis as Director of Asset Management and General Counsel. In this newly created role, Nick will oversee asset management, investor relations, and in-house legal operations. The position reflects Reveler’s continued growth and its strategic focus on building internal expertise to support an expanding portfolio.

Born and raised in Maine, Nick brings a rare combination of financial, legal, and real estate experience to Reveler. He joins the firm after working as a patent attorney, advising clients across the United States and internationally on intellectual property and complex contract matters. Prior to his legal career, McCrillis spent more than a decade at TD Bank, where he held roles in commercial lending, credit analysis, healthcare financing, and real estate-related banking services.

“Reveler is at a pivotal moment, and this role offered an opportunity to bring together my background in banking, law, and financial analysis in a way that directly supports the company’s long-term goals,” said Nick. “I was drawn to the culture, the leadership team, and the chance to work closely with investors while helping ensure strong, consistent performance.”

In his role, Nick is responsible for asset-level performance across Reveler’s portfolio, investor communications, and in-house legal oversight to improve efficiency and consistency.

“Nick is a tremendous addition to our leadership team” said John Laliberte, President and CEO of Reveler. “As we continue to grow, the volume and complexity of our legal and financial work has increased significantly. Having someone with Nick’s background allows us to be more efficient, more responsive, and more strategic in how we manage our assets and support our tenants and investors.”

Nick’s hire coincides with additional changes to Reveler’s executive leadership structure, designed to support the company’s next phase of growth. In her newly expanded role as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, Erika Pettingill works closely with Reveler’s executive team to align staffing, systems, and processes with the firm’s development pipeline and long-term strategy, and oversees the firm’s management division, known as Port Property. Erika joined Reveler in 2025 as Director of Human Resources.

“As we take on larger and more complex projects—both in Maine and beyond—it’s essential that we have the right people, policies, and operational framework in place,” said Laliberte. “Strengthening our leadership team allows us to support our employees, our tenants and our partners more effectively.”
