Reveler Development is wrapping construction on the final phase of the Levee mixed-use development, which repurposes the former Saco-Lowell textile mill, situated alongside the Saco River in Biddeford.

“Lofts North builds on a vision we’ve been advancing for years, and we couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome residents this summer,” said John Laliberte, CEO of Reveler.

Also opening at the Levee is the 25,000-square-foot events space, the Foundry on the Levee, built in another portion of the mill. The venue takes advantage of the building’s soaring 35-foot ceilings and oversized factory windows, and features a 3,400-square-foot covered outdoor patio.
