Reveler expanded into Wilmington, NC with the purchase of three buildings on South Fifth Avenue in April 2021. Located in downtown Wilmington, the three buildings (known as The Pearl, The Mini Pearl, and The Jewel) comprise a vibrant residential community that spans 80+ apartments and includes prime commercial space. Following the successful lease-up across all three buildings, Reveler continues to manage The Pearl, The Mini Pearl, and The Jewel.
