Reveler Development, a leading real estate investment, development, construction and management company, is proud to announce the appointment of Erika Pettingill as the company’s new Director of Human Resources. Erika brings more than a decade of respected experience in Human Resources management, with a strong background in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her extensive knowledge in fostering positive work environments, and her passion for supporting teams dedicated to making a difference, will be invaluable as Reveler continues its growth.

Pettingill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, as well as two Master’s degrees — one in Organizational Leadership and Management and one in Business Administration — from Springfield College. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director for the Salvation Army’s Eastern Territory, where she played a crucial role in supporting employees dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities.
