Reveler Development has begun construction on 10 Upper Falls Rd., the fourth and final phase of Reveler’s master-planned development in downtown,The Levee.
“We’re thrilled to embark on this major milestone at The Levee,” said John Laliberte, CEO of Reveler Development. “To date, $60 million of investment has been completed on neighboring parcels within this historic site, and a real community is emerging. We appreciate our partners who have made this project possible as well as the tremendous support we’ve received from the city of Biddeford.”
The Levee is located along the Upper Falls Rd. peninsula. Adjacent to the upcoming Pearl Point Park and with the scenic RiverWalk passing through, The Levee was repurposed from a historic site that had fallen into disrepair, sitting vacant for decades. Following previous phases of construction and redevelopment, The Levee now includes a range of apartments and condominiums.
