Reveler Development marked a major milestone last week with the grand opening of The Eddy, a new 250-unit multi-family community located at 8 Eddy Avenue. The celebration, held on Thursday, July 24, brought together local leaders, project partners, and community members for an evening event capped by a ceremonial tree planting in the building’s courtyard.
Reveler CEO John Laliberte credited the successful project to collaboration and community support. “Huge thanks to the team that made The Eddy possible—Penobscot General Contractors, Market Square Architects, our financing partners including Porta Capital Partners, and especially the City of Biddeford,” he said. “This is a place people want to live.”
