The Eddy will be located at 8 Eddy Ave. (formerly 60 Barra Rd.) and will feature 250 residential units throughout the building’s four floors. Neighboring downtown, The Eddy combines urban living with a connection to nature. Located amongst the trees and minutes away from the Saco River, The Eddy features indoor-outdoor amenities and access to the Eastern Trail. This connection to the outdoors informed the building’s name, drawing inspiration from the town’s history – one that is rooted in its proximity to nearby waterways and the seacoast. Just as an eddy introduces new motion to an established current, The Eddy aims to bring a dynamic new community to the area.
