Reveler Development is pleased to announce a partnership with Heart of Biddeford to activate The Foundry at The Levee as a hub for arts, culture, and entrepreneurship. This collaboration kicks off with WinterFest activities on February 8–9, marking the launch of Art of Biddeford—an initiative dedicated to fostering creative programming and community engagement. The Foundry, revitalized with the support of Brownfields grant funding, is available for commercial leasing and positioned to serve as a year-round space for local businesses, artists, and cultural exchange in Maine’s Youngest Downtown.

“The Foundry exemplifies what we hope to achieve at The Levee—an intersection of culture, commerce, and community,” said Reveler Development CEO John Laliberte. “This space offers an opportunity to celebrate Biddeford’s industrial heritage while providing a platform for artists, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to connect and grow.”

WinterFest programming includes “What’s Old is New Again,” a curated exhibition by local artist Julie K. Gray, featuring artists working with found and repurposed materials. The event will also feature performances by Subcircle, an interactive dance company, The Faire at the Foundry, and a walking tour hosted by Heart of Biddeford, exploring the city’s cultural and historical landmarks before concluding at The Foundry.

While WinterFest is just the beginning, The Foundry is set to transform 22,513 square feet of historic warehouse space into a premier riverside destination for retail, dining, and community connection. Designed to host a mix of commercial tenants, public events, and creative collaborations, The Foundry will be a cornerstone of Biddeford’s evolving downtown.

Opening in 2025, this revitalized landmark will feature breweries, restaurants, coworking spaces, and more—offering a dynamic blend of commerce and culture along the Saco River.
