Reveler Welcomes P.J. Massey as Director of Asset Management

Reveler Development, a leading real estate investment, development, construction and management company, is pleased to announce the hiring of P.J. Massey as Director of Asset Management. In this role, Massey oversees the performance of Reveler’s multifamily and mixed-use portfolio, with a focus on asset strategy, financial performance, and long-term value creation.

Massey brings more than a decade of large-scale commercial real estate experience to Reveler. Most recently, he served as a Vice President at Brookfield Properties, where he managed a 22-million-square-foot Class-A office portfolio in Manhattan. He joined Brookfield in 2014 through the company’s analyst rotation program and progressed through increasingly senior roles over the course of 11 years.

At Reveler, Massey oversees the performance of the company’s multifamily and mixed-use portfolio, with a focus on asset strategy, financial performance, capital planning, and long-term value creation. His role encompasses the full life cycle of the company’s assets, from portfolio-level strategy and reporting to the operational and regulatory considerations that shape individual properties.

“Reveler is a growing platform with real ambition, and joining at this stage gives me the opportunity to help shape how asset management evolves alongside the company,” said Massey. “I’m excited to bring the same level of rigor I developed working in institutional real estate, while being closer to the assets and the people making the operational decisions. It’s a more holistic and hands-on approach, and that was a big part of what drew me to Reveler.”

Massey is a graduate of St. Lawrence University, where he met his wife. The couple recently relocated to Maine with their two children, making the move both a professional opportunity and a homecoming for his family. His wife grew up in Cape Elizabeth, where the family is currently making its home. 

Massey’s addition comes as Reveler continues to expand its fully integrated real estate platform, which brings investment, development, construction, and management capabilities together under one roof. His focus on asset performance and long-term strategy will support the company as it continues to grow and manage its portfolio across multiple markets.
