The Eddy will feature 250 residential units throughout the building, making it our most expansive community to date as well as our third multi-family development in Biddeford. Alongside Reveler, The Eddy’s project team includes Porta Capital Partners of Portland, Portsmouth-based architecture/interiors firm, Market Square Architects, and Maine-based construction company, Penobscot General Contractors. Following preleasing, The Eddy will be managed onsite by our award-winning property management division, Port Property.
