Reveler Development is thrilled to announce that The Eddy, a new multi-family community located at 8 Eddy Avenue, celebrated its grand opening last week, following the final phase of construction completion earlier this summer. On Thursday, July 24, project partners, community stakeholders, team members, family and friends filled the courtyard as the sun set over the community. Biddeford Mayor Martin Grohman joined Reveler CEO John Laliberte, President Tom Watson, Managing Director Michael Barton and Joe Porta of Porta Capital Partners, as they prepared to plant a tree to mark the occasion.
“The Eddy brings thoughtfully designed, high-quality apartments to a strategic area of our city,” said Mayor Grohman. “And that’s what we want more of—housing that connects people to jobs, downtown businesses, walking trails, and ultimately to each other. I’ve learned that these kinds of projects don’t just happen on their own. They take vision, persistence, and partnership with the city. We’re grateful to the development team for that.”

Since opening its doors in March of this year, The Eddy has reached nearly 70% occupancy, with 250 residential units throughout the building in total. The four-story, 200,000+ square-foot building is surrounded by green space – distinguishing itself through its focus on indoor-outdoor living and unique mix of onsite amenities, including a bocce court, sunroom, and state-of-the-art golf simulator.
