Lofts North sits adjacent to Lofts South, the inaugural development at The Levee and previously known as Lofts on the Levee. With this announcement, Lofts North and Lofts South now comprise Lofts on the Levee—the full range of for-rent residential offerings within the mixed-use development. Lofts South—a 96-unit apartment community in a repurposed textile mill—will share its suite of modern amenities with Lofts North residents, including a two-story coworking lounge, fitness center, and sky deck. While Lofts South embraces the character of its historic mill setting with playful, industrial-inspired interiors, Lofts North offers a more contemporary residential experience. Lofts North also represents the first ground-up multifamily development in downtown Biddeford in decades.
