Reveler, in partnership with Penobscot General Contractors, is thrilled to announce the “topping out” of our latest project located at 60 Barra Road in Biddeford.

We are excited to contribute to this area’s continued growth with an innovative design that is uniquely focused on community-based living.”
60 Barra Road aims to help address the region’s rising housing need, with the surrounding area home to some of Biddeford’s largest employers in the healthcare and higher education sectors. Located minutes from downtown Biddeford and within commutable distance to Portland, the project design focuses simultaneously on this local connection and the natural tranquility of its wooded surroundings. Scheduled to open in spring of 2025, 60 Barra Road will offer a total 250 housing units – including 116 studios and 134 one-bedrooms apartments. When completed, residents will enjoy an array of onsite and indoor-outdoor amenities including a courtyard, golf simulator, raised garden beds and sunroom. Financing partners on the project include Rockland Trust and Porta Capital Partners.
Traditionally held to honor the project team and commemorate a building’s construction progress, the “topping out” ceremony invited 60 Barra Road’s project partners, crew members, and community stakeholders, including the Mayor of Biddeford, Marty Grohman, to sign the last steel beam before its installation. Following remarks by the Reveler team, Penobscot, and the Mayor, attendees enjoyed lunch and were invited to tour the construction site to learn more about the upcoming project.
