Reveler Development is thrilled to announce that construction has begun on 10 Upper Falls Road, the fourth and final phase of Reveler’s master planned development in downtown Biddeford, The Levee.

The Levee is located along the Upper Falls Road peninsula. Adjacent to the upcoming Pearl Point Park and with the scenic RiverWalk passing through, The Levee was repurposed from a historic site that had fallen into disrepair, sitting vacant for decades. Following previous phases of construction and redevelopment, The Levee now includes a range of apartments and condominiums. Lofts on the Levee—a 96-unit apartment community in a repurposed textile mill—began preleasing in December 2022 and was fully leased by the Port Property team after five months.
At the farthest point on the peninsula sits The Foundry—a stunning, 22,000-square foot warehouse converted into a premier riverside retail and dining experience thanks to a nearly $2.5 million Brownfields funding loan. The Foundry currently serves as an innovative hub for arts, culture, and entrepreneurship through its partnership with local organization, Heart of Biddeford. Alongside these two adaptive reuse projects, Reveler also recently completed Landing on the Levee, The Levee’s first for-sale offering, which sits adjacent to The Foundry.
This fourth and final building, located at 10 Upper Falls Road, will be an expansion of the Lofts on the Levee brand, known as Lofts North. Located on the North-facing side of the peninsula, Lofts North is set to open in the fall of 2026 with preleasing in the spring. The five-story, 51-unit apartment building will be located on a 1.08-acre parcel located directly on the Saco River. It will feature 49 one-bedroom apartments, one two-bedroom apartment, and one studio, all with class A interior finishes. Reveler’s in-house construction team is leading the project.
Adjacent to the Lofts on the Levee development and sharing its world-class amenities, Lofts North will be the first downtown, ground-up multifamily development in Biddeford in decades. Lofts North will offer refined, understated interiors, distinguishing itself from the playful, urban-inspired interiors of its predecessor at Lofts on the Levee (now set to be known as Lofts South).
